Updated Itinerary: Perpignan → French Riviera → NW Italy (Spring–Summer 2026)

Phase 1: Western Mediterranean Exploration (April–June 2026)

Perfect for ASA students, experienced sailors, and “join-the-crew” adventure guests.

Core Route Options (Rotating Legs):

  1. Perpignan / Saint-Cyprien → Collioure → Port-Vendres → Banyuls → Cadaqués
    • Short technical legs for training
    • Ideal for ASA 101–103 + coastal skills
  2. Costa Brava Explorer: Roses → L’Estartit → Palamós → Barcelona (optional leg)
  3. France Return Leg: Port-Vendres → Leucate → Gruissan → Sète → Marseille

Student-Focused Learning Themes:

  • Coastal piloting
  • Close-quarters maneuvering in Mediterranean harbors
  • Mistral avoidance & strategy
  • Mediterranean-style mooring

Phase 2: The Classic Riviera (June–July 2026)

Stops include:

  • Marseille → Bandol → Toulon → Hyères → St-Tropez → Cannes → Antibes → Villefranche-sur-Mer → Monaco

Program focus:

  • ASA 104–105 (bareboat + coastal nav)
  • Local culture, food, and short scenic sails
  • Perfect for mixed student/adventure charters

Phase 3: Italy’s Riviera di Ponente (July–August 2026)

Itinerary:

  • Menton → Ventimiglia → Sanremo → Imperia → Savona → Genoa → Portofino → La Spezia → Cinque Terre

Highlights:

  • Navigation-intensive coastline
  • Beautiful anchorage training
  • Chef/naturalist partner options

Phase 4: Around (but not east of) Corsica & Sardinia (August–September 2026)

Operating zones:

  • North & West Corsica: Saint-Florent → Calvi → Ajaccio → Propriano → Bonifacio
  • Northern Sardinia: La Maddalena → Palau → Santa Teresa Gallura

(We avoid committing the boat east of the islands to keep return routing simple.)

  • ASA 106 (Advanced Coastal)
  • Heavy-weather decision-making
  • Mountain-effect wind training around Corsica
